1. The service

VisitProof provides a digital visit records platform for UK domiciliary care agencies. These terms govern your use of the platform, including any free pilot period.

2. The free pilot

• The pilot period is 60 days from your onboarding date, at no cost.
• No credit card is required to start the pilot.
• After the pilot, continuing the service costs £99 per month, billed monthly.
• You may end the pilot at any time with no obligation.
• VisitProof may end or modify the pilot at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Paid subscription

If you continue after the pilot, the subscription is month-to-month with no annual contract. You may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing month.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use VisitProof only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable regulations, including CQC requirements and UK GDPR. You must not use the service to store false or misleading records.

5. Your data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into VisitProof. You can export your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle data.

6. Liability

VisitProof provides tools to help you manage visit records. It is your responsibility to ensure your records are accurate and meet regulatory requirements. VisitProof is not liable for regulatory outcomes, compliance decisions, or clinical care.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We will communicate any planned downtime in advance.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these terms. We will notify active users by email before material changes take effect.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
